EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY 

•  Exchange can be done within 14 day for new items and 7 days for sale items 
  
•  The item must be unused and still in its tag or else it will be returned to you at your own charge 
  
• For exchange, drop us an email on alia@boutique.com stating the reason for exchange
  
• Refunds are not accepted. You will receive a credit voucher valid for 6 months on your account

Refunds are applicable only in case of:

• Defected items
  
• An error in the order
  In these cases, refund can be done in cash at Alia Boutique shop or on the online payment used for the purchase.
